    I would like you to read the post I have just submitted to this website regarding my experience with your company on Wednesday 20th August 2014 whilst flying from Denpasar, bali to Lombok. I had my blackberry phone stolen from my bag whilst it should of been safe being handled by your luggage team as the mobile phone was taken from checked luggage. I noticed the zip was undone when I was collecting my bag from the carousel, hence why I say stolen and not lost as bags can't unzip themselves. I was then laughed at by two members of your staff, told it was my fault as I should of taken... More...
